Lori Unruh Classes & Workshops, Photography Education, Studio Events

October 21, 2013, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Instructors: Jeff Poole and Lori Unruh, indigosilver studio
Held on location at The Shoot Space

Course Description:

The right light can turn your wedding or portrait images into a work of art. The wrong light can be disastrous! In this class you will discover how light can take your images to the next level. In this hands-on workshop, set up and use studio lights, learn how to analyze your subject to determine the most flattering light, and how to put all that knowledge together for images that blow your clients away. Whether you shoot in studio or on location, you will create exquisite wedding portraiture.

We begin the day with the technical knowledge every photographer needs, and practice these skills on live models. The day concludes with some advanced lighting setups for superb fashion flair!

To maximize our learning experience, we will have lunch catered at the studio. While we nosh, we’ll engage in a lively Q&A and discuss practical applications in outdoor lighting. You don’t want to miss this informative, inspiring class!

Items to Bring: camera gear, note-taking materials, $7 for catered lunch (yum!), model releases
